These Terms & Conditions apply to all appointments, consultations and treatments provided by Anna
Microblading.
By booking an appointment with Anna Microblading, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully
before making a booking. If you have any questions, please contact us before your appointment.
Services
Anna Microblading provides professional microblading and semi-permanent eyebrow treatments.
Microblading is a form of semi-permanent cosmetic tattooing where pigment is implanted into the skin to create the
appearance of natural eyebrow hair strokes.
All treatments are carried out with care, professionalism and in accordance with appropriate hygiene and safety
standards.
Please note that results vary from person to person. The final result depends on many factors, including skin type,
skin condition, lifestyle, medication, aftercare, sun exposure and how well your skin retains pigment.
Booking Appointments
Appointments can be booked through Anna Microblading's website, phone, email, social media or booking system.
Your appointment is only confirmed once the required deposit has been paid and you have received confirmation
from Anna Microblading.
Please make sure that all information provided at the time of booking is accurate and complete.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of £30 is required to secure your appointment.
The deposit will be deducted from the final treatment price on the day of your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable because your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. In some cases, Anna
Microblading may allow the deposit to be transferred to another appointment date, provided sufficient notice is
given.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Anna Microblading kindly asks for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your
appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit may be lost and a new deposit may
be required to book another appointment.
If you do not attend your appointment without notice, this will be treated as a no-show and your deposit will be
forfeited.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
Late Arrival
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you are more than 30 minutes late, Anna Microblading may not be able to carry out the treatment and your
appointment may need to be rescheduled.
In this situation, your deposit may be forfeited and a new deposit may be required.
Patch Test / Sensitivity Test
A patch test may be required before your microblading treatment.
Anna Microblading recommends that new clients complete a patch test at least 24 hours before treatment, unless
advised otherwise by the practitioner, the product manufacturer or the insurance provider.
A patch test helps to reduce the risk of an allergic reaction or sensitivity, but it does not guarantee that a reaction
will not occur.
Anna Microblading reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is considered unsafe to proceed.
Medical Information
Before your treatment, you will be asked to complete a consultation form.
You must inform Anna Microblading of any medical conditions, allergies, medication, previous semi-permanent
makeup, cosmetic procedures or skin concerns that may affect your suitability for treatment.
Failure to provide accurate information may increase the risk of poor healing, infection, allergic reaction, pigment
loss or unsatisfactory results.
Age Policy
Microblading treatments are available to clients aged 18 or over only.
Anna Microblading may ask for valid photo ID before treatment. If you cannot provide proof of age when requested,
treatment may be refused.
Results
Microblading results are not guaranteed.
Every client’s skin heals differently and pigment retention varies from person to person.
Immediately after treatment, brows may appear darker, sharper or more intense. This is normal. The colour will
soften during the healing process.
Some pigment loss during healing is normal. A top-up appointment is usually recommended to perfect the final
result.
Top-Up Appointment
A top-up appointment is usually recommended approximately [4-8 weeks] after the initial treatment.
The top-up allows Anna Microblading to assess the healed result and make any necessary adjustments to colour,
shape or density.
If the top-up is included in your treatment price, it must be completed within 6 weeks of the initial
appointment. If this period is missed, an additional charge may apply.
Additional colour boosts or maintenance appointments are not included unless clearly stated.
Previous Microblading or Tattooed Brows
If you have had previous microblading, cosmetic tattooing or semi-permanent makeup in the brow area, you must
inform Anna Microblading before booking.
You may be asked to send clear photos of your brows before the booking is accepted.
Correction work may not always be possible and may require more than one session. In some cases, removal or
fading may be recommended before new work can be carried out.
Correction work may be charged differently from a standard treatment.
Right to Refuse Treatment
Anna Microblading reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is considered unsafe, unsuitable or inappropriate to
proceed.
This may include, but is not limited to:
* medical contraindications
* incomplete or inaccurate medical information
* active skin conditions or infection in the treatment area
* pregnancy or breastfeeding
* client being under 18
*client appearing to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
* unrealistic expectations
* aggressive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour
* refusal to complete required consultation or consent forms
The priority of Anna Microblading is always client safety, professional standards and responsible treatment.
Payments
Treatment prices are listed on the Anna Microblading website or provided at the time of booking.
Prices may change from time to time. Confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price agreed at the time of
booking, unless additional work or correction is required.
Payment is due on or before the day of treatment.
Anna Microblading accepts [ cash / bank transfer / PayPal ].
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of semi-permanent cosmetic treatments, refunds are not offered once treatment has been
carried out.
Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
A change of mind, personal preference, natural fading, pigment loss, poor aftercare or failure to follow pre-care and
aftercare instructions does not entitle the client to a refund.
If you have any concerns about your healed results, please contact Anna Microblading so your brows can be
assessed and appropriate advice can be given.
Photography
Anna Microblading may take before and after photographs for treatment records, insurance, consultation, training
and quality control purposes.
Photos used for marketing, social media or website content will only be used with your consent.
You may withdraw marketing photo consent at any time by contacting Anna Microblading.
Complaints
Anna Microblading takes client satisfaction and safety seriously.

Please include your name, appointment date, details of your concern and clear photos where relevant.
Your concern will be reviewed and Anna Microblading will respond within 10 days.
You may be asked to attend an assessment appointment before any further advice or corrective work is offered.
Liability
Anna Microblading provides treatments with reasonable care, skill and professional standards.
However, Anna Microblading is not responsible for issues caused by:
* incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
* failure to follow pre-care or aftercare instructions
* undisclosed medical conditions, allergies or medication
* natural variations in healing or pigment retention
* the client choosing not to follow professional advice
* work carried out by another practitioner before or after treatment at Anna Microblading
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including
liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes to These Terms
